In order for us to fulfil our contractual obligations, it is necessary for us to store your basic personal contact details. This will be your names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.

These details will stay on our computer database, in our accounts system and as a hard copy (the contract you signed and returned) for the duration of your contract. Your name and email address are also used to set up your log-in on our online customer portal.

Should you decide not to renew or wish to cancel your contract, these details will be erased from our system and your paperwork shredded. They will however remain on our accounts for the 7 year period we are required to keep our financial records.

The data we store is only viewable by Eastwood pest control staff and it is not made available to any third party. We will not sell or use your data to send you marketing information either.
